For which countries is the VIGAR online shop service available?

It is currently available to recipients in Spain (peninsula).

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders confirmed in our online store are shipped within a week by one of our courier services. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses we will send you an e-mail confirming departure. If you do not receive the confirmation do not hesitate to contact our “Customer Service” service.

Where is my package?

In each shipment we record the delivery number associated with your order. So you can follow in real time where your order is located by accessing “Your account” > “My orders”, and then selecting the reference of your order.

What if I want the package delivered to another address?

When you pass your order, in stage 2, you have to choose between “deliver my order to the billing address” or “deliver the order to another address”. Click “deliver order to another address” and fill out the form.

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail (when your order is going to leave the warehouse), and another with a tracking number (with a link to the website of the courier company).
