For which countries is the service available at the VIGAR online store?

It is currently available for sales in Spain (península).

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders confirmed in our online store are shipped within one week for one of our courier services. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an e-mail confirmation of departure. If you do not receive the confirmation do not hesitate to contact our “Customer Service” service.

Where is my package?

In each shipment we record the delivery number associated with your order. So you can follow in real time where your order is by accessing “Your account”> “My orders”, and then selecting the reference of your order.

What if I want the package delivered in a different direction?

When you pass your order, in step 2, you have to choose between “deliver my order to the billing address” or “deliver the order to another address”. Press “deliver order to another address” and fill out the form.

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you an e-mail confirmation of delivery (when your order is going to leave the store), and another with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company).
